After earning a general business degree from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Shane Hausler moved to Houston in search of direction and discovered a passion for construction. A chance connection at an open mic night in a local coffee shop led to his first role as a construction manager with a local builder, an opportunity that ignited a lifelong dedication to home building..
After gaining valuable experience in Houston, Shane returned to North Texas to continue his career in custom home building, spending over 20 years with Jeff Pfeifer Custom Homes, a small, hands-on company where he was involved in every aspect of the process including land acquisition, floor plan design, sales, contracts, selections, budgeting, construction, and warranty management.
This extensive experience provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the operational and financial aspects of running a custom home building business, encompassing everything from budgeting and contracts to project management and client relations.
In March 2023, Shane took the leap to start his own company, backed by family, friends, and a trusted network of subcontractors. Each day presents new opportunities and challenges, and he takes great pleasure in guiding clients through the home-building process to transform their visions into reality.
